The couple of time I've tried it, I've also been quite frustrated with the curve tool. That is the main reason why I have only used it for testing. I want to manipulate the curve the way I like; add as many points as I wish, bend the curve as I wish. I'm not always looking for natural look.

If you too have encountered this problem, take heart - there seems to be a fix.
