I explained the problem (It simply didn't turn on when plugged in), and 4 hours later they indicated that it was an internal hardware failure and would need replacement. They asked me to provide the serial number on the bottom of the mouse and the exact model number, which I did. 4 hours later I get another email from support stating that I should recycle the broken mouse and that my replacement mouse was on its way! All in less than 24 hours!
