Hi, I have been trying to follow @RehabMan 's guide to disable my dGPU ( ) for two days now, but haven't found a way to disable my 1080 Ti on my desktop Clover hack. I have a dual-boot (Win/Mac) machine on a Z370 Aorus 7. Since there's no nvidia drivers for Mojave atm, I want to stick with the iGPU under Mac, but still use the 1080 Ti under Win.
I was able to install a Mac OS X Lion on my Intel DQ45CB. It uses the onboard GMA 4500HD which is not supported, but I was able to switch to 1600×1200!!! The trick was to set GraphicEnabler and Graphics Mode in BOTH org.chameleon.Boot.plist AND com.apple.Boot.plist!! VGA driver has been reinstalled a few times, no luck. There is a same situation (generic pnp display) if I connect an external monitor via HDMI cable. Please help me to solve this problem.

For the GT1030 nVidia Webdrivers are needed, have to boot with nv_disable=1 until you have them installed. You have to install Clover in legacy mode because this old fella does not support UEFI. Only downside: The so often recommended Inateck USB-card isn't recognized by BIOS, so you cannot boot from it. It works perfectly within macOS though, have the ac-Wifi connected to it.

I have read through all the linux drivers + Intel documentation and this should be the (nearly) complete list of registers you need to experiment with. To enable sleep, I also removed my EHC2 device, which maybe the SD card slot; however I have to keep the EHC1 device so that my external USB wireless card (with a RTL8192CU7 chip) will resume working after waking up.

I booted today's 2009-04-16 (Thurs.) i386 boot.iso (md5sum dfd9dbf3e4d6d53c3cd8a74d4f47dcac), chose the EFI boot option, interrupted the GRUB countdown before autoboot, added ' nomodeset' to the kernel command line, and activated GRUB boot with 'b'. About 16 seconds later, the VGA console showed two Tasmanian devils and began scrolling the kernel console drivel. From the beginning: the 640x480 GRUB screen was not centered in the 1280x1024 display; the GRUB screen was shifted a couple centimeters up and to the right. Then the anaconda character cell graphics (Disk Found: want to test the media?) left the bottom 1/6 of the display blank: the blue background was only on the top 1280x860 or so, instead of covering the whole 1280x1024. Anaconda announced itself as 11.5.0.44, then tried to enter graphics mode, and hung.
